Millions of kids are told they can’t play because of their disability.
Play It Forward is here to prove they can.
“Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does.”

FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Roshni—founder of Play It Forward and a lifelong athlete.
I’ve been running track and playing soccer for as long as I can remember. Sports have shaped every part of who I am—teaching me discipline, confidence, resilience, and the pure joy of movement. The field has always been my safe space, my challenge, and my home.
But as I grew, I realized something deeply unfair: not every kid gets the same chance to play. Especially children with disabilities—who are so often overlooked, underestimated, or denied the right to be athletes.
That’s why I started Play It Forward. I wanted to use my love for sports to create something bigger than myself—a platform that celebrates athletes of all abilities, shares their stories, and reminds the world that everyone deserves the right to play.
This is just the beginning—and I’m so glad you’re here to be part of it.
